Business & Return Policy

Below is our official business and return policy to ensure transparency and trust with every order.

Order Processing & Turnaround Time:

- All items are made to order, allowing us to create each piece with care and intention.

- Please allow 5 to 14 business days for order processing, production, and fulfillment before shipping.

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Turnaround times may be extended slightly during holidays or high-volume seasons, but we will always keep you informed

Shipping:

- We offer standard and priority shipping options at checkout.

- Shipping time is in addition to the 5–8 business day turnaround window.

- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to postal service issues or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges:

- Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of:

- Incorrect items received

- Damaged or defective products

- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at queendomfaithstudios@gmail.com with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos of the item

- We will gladly work to replace or correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Order Changes:

- Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement.

- After 24 hours, production begins and changes cannot be made.
