All custom designs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. Once a design mockup is approved, Queendom Faith Studios is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer, including spelling, colors, or placement.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before confirming production.
Production times may vary depending on order size and design complexity. Typical turnaround time is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise discussed.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Full payment or a required deposit must be received before production begins.
Accepted payment methods may include online payments, invoices, or other approved payment platforms.
Orders will not begin until payment has been confirmed.
All designs created by Queendom Faith Studios remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell custom designs created by Queendom Faith Studios without permission.
If a customer provides their own design or logo, they confirm that they have the legal right to use that design and that it does not violate any copyright or trademark laws.

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are limited.
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials are purchased or printing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom items are non-refundable unless there is an error caused by Queendom Faith Studios.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items so we can review and resolve the concern.
Because items are custom made, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
